If you do not have paypal you can still use a credit card thru them for payment. Once a membership is activated you will receive an email confirming your account and password. Which formats do you offer? We currently offer ART, PES, CSD, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, SEW and XXX.  Each design will be multi formatted and will include a color sew out and color stop chart. How do I renew my Membership if it has expired? Memberships renew automatically yearly or monthly unless you cancel them.  If you cancel the membership and then decide to come back, you will need to register again and use the links on the order page to make payment and restart your subscription. I downloaded a design but my format wasn't included. Not all designs will work with all formats due to size/hoop limits. We include a size with each design to make it easier to pick the designs that your machine will work well with. How do I know if I will like your designs? We offer FREEBIES on many of our Design Pages to give each customer a chance to try out our designs BEFORE buying a membership When will you be adding more designs? I will be adding new designs on Fridays! What a great way to start the weekend! :-) Can I send in a request for something special? You sure can!
