Reverse Applique

I
like to use a layer of sheer tulle or organza. You may use your
choice of fabrics
|
|
|
Lay a single layer of your choice fabric over bottom hoop.
|
|
|
Place a layer of WSS on top of fabric layer.
|
|
|
Add a choice of fabric on top of WSS and hoop the three layers
together.
|
|
|
Run first set of stitches. Take hoop off of machine..do not
unhoop!
|
|
|
Using a sharp, pointed set of scissors, trim away excess material
from inside. JUST TRIM away top layer fabric..do not cut WSS or
bottom fabric
|
|
|
Finish running design, unhoop and trim away excess fabric and WSS
from back. Rinse away WSS from inside design and let dry.
Lightly press.
